Information about having visual and/or audio recordings taken by The Livestock Collective
There are some important things you need to know before you agree to have any recordings taken of or including you. Note: Where ‘photo’ or ‘photograph’ is used, the same applies to any other recordings, such as video, film and sound.
What will happen to the footage once it is taken?

The Livestock Collective will store the footage digitally in its photographic database and library. The talent release form that you signed will be placed in a file. The photograph and the form will be cross-referenced to ensure we have your permission to use your photograph.

Who can use the footage?
Once stored in the database, your photograph may be used by any of The Livestock Collective’s department or agencies and may be supplied to contractors or service providers engaged by The Livestock Collective to develop or produce advertising, publications or promotional materials for The Livestock Collective. Your photograph will not be provided to any other person or organisation without your express permission.
Where will the footage be used?

The footage may be used in a variety of applications by The Livestock Collective. This may include:

In newsletters distributed in both printed and electronic format

Through social media channels

In a range of printed publications such as strategic documents or brochures promoting or explaining The Livestock Collective services and the livestock export industry generally

Privacy
The Livestock Collective believes privacy is an important right of individuals. The Livestock Collective will take steps to protect your personal information from misuse and to use your information only in the ways described in this form, its privacy policy and in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act).

The photographs, videos or audio recordings of you may contain your personal information. Further, in completing and signing this form, you are providing your personal information to The Livestock Collective. The manner in which The Livestock Collective collects, stores, uses and discloses this personal information is described in The Livestock Collective’s privacy policy.

In signing this form, you acknowledge that you have been adequately informed of the reasons for the collection, use and disclosure of the personal information referred to above and that you have given your consent freely and voluntarily.
