(a) To purchase the Product through the Website, you must agree to the payment of the
purchase price listed on the Website for the Product (Purchase Price).
(b) Payment of the Purchase Price may be made through (Stripe).

delivery (Delivery Services) through the use of third party delivery companies (Delivery
Service Providers).
(b) In the event that an item is lost or damaged in the course of the Delivery Services,
The Livestock Collective asks that you contact us by sending an email to [insert email]
outlining in what way the Products were damaged in transit along with photos demonstrating
the damage so we are able to organize a replacement Product for you. - Warranty
(a) Livestock Collective’s Products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under
Australian Consumer Law.
(b) You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major defect in the Product (Warranty
Claim).
(c) You may make a Warranty Claim within 30 days from the date of purchase (Warranty
Period).
(d) In order to make a Warranty Claim during the Warranty Period, you must provide proof of
purchase to the Livestock Collective showing the date of purchase of the Products,
provide a description of the Products and the price paid for the Products by sending

(e) Where the Warranty Claim is accepted then Livestock Collective will, at its sole
discretion, either repair or replace any defective Products during the Warranty Period
at no charge to you.
(f) All implied warranties including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for use
