Student Subscriber Terms and Conditions These Student Subscriber Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to The Livestock Collective as a “Student Subscriber”.
  1. Definitions “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refers to The Livestock Collective. “You” and “Your” refers to any individual, business, organization, or entity that applies for, accepts, or holds a subscription with The Livestock Collective under any of the subscription categories offered, including Business Subscriber, Supply Chain Participant Subscriber, and Student Subscriber.
  2. Eligibility (a) Student subscriptions are available for current school or university students. (b) We may ask for proof of your eligibility in the subscription application process. (c) We reserve the right to refuse a subscription application at our discretion.
  3. Subscription Fee (a) The subscription fee for Student Subscribers is $50 + GST per year. (b) Payment of this fee grants your organisation access to all subscription benefits for a period of 12 months from the date of payment as follows: (i) Merchandise pack upon subscription; (ii) Access to industry resources; (iii) Access to exclusive career development opportunities; (iv) Biannual edition of ‘Behind the Collective’ (v) Networking & event opportunities. (c) The Livestock Collective will dispatch merchandise packs to subscribing members twice a year to keep administrative costs low. As a result, depending on the date of your subscription commencement, you will receive your merchandise pack in either January or July following the payment of your subscription fee.
  4. Renewal and Cancellation (a) Your subscription as a Student Subscriber is automatically renewed each year. (b) You will receive a renewal notice via email 7 days before the end of the then current subscription year, advising you of the automatic renewal of your subscription for a further one year period. (c) Cancellation requests can be made by contacting info@thelivestockcollective.com.au. (d) The subscription fee will be deducted automatically from the payment method on file unless otherwise notified by you. (e) It is your responsibility to ensure that payment information is up to date.
  5. Changes to Subscription Terms (a) We reserve the right to modify subscription benefits, fees, or terms and conditions with prior notice to you. (b) Continued subscription after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
  6. Termination (a) We reserve the right to terminate your subscription as a Student Subscriber for a breach of these terms and conditions. (b) We reserve the right to terminate your membership as a Student Subscriber if we reasonably believe that your actions or conduct are contrary to the objectives and interests of The Livestock Collective. This includes, but is not limited to, any activities that may harm the reputation, operations, or mission of The Livestock Collective within the livestock industry. In such cases, you will be notified in writing of the termination of your Student Subscription. (c) Termination of your Student Subscription does not give rise to a refund of subscription fees for the unexpired term.

Business Subscriber Terms and Conditions
These Business Subscriber Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to The
Livestock Collective as a “Business Subscriber”.

  1. Definitions
    “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refers to The Livestock Collective.
    “You” and “Your” refers to any individual, business, organization, or entity that
    applies for, accepts, or holds a subscription with The Livestock Collective
    under any of the subscription categories offered, including Business
    Subscriber, Supply Chain Participant Subscriber, and Student Subscriber.
  2. Eligibility
    (a) Business subscriptions are available for registered businesses and
    organisations, affiliated with the agricultural industry in Australia.
    (b) We may ask for proof of your eligibility for this during the subscription
    application process.
    (c) We reserve the right to refuse a subscription application at our
    discretion.
  3. Subscription Fee
    (a) The subscription fee for Business Subscribers is $1,000 + GST per
    year.
    (b) Payment of this fee grants your organisation access to all subscription
    benefits for a period of 12 months from the date of payment as follows:
    (i) Team merchandise pack upon subscription each renewal period;
    (ii) Quarterly edition of ‘Behind the Collective’;
    (iii) Opportunity to promote products and services through ‘Behind
    the Collective’;
    (iv) Access to industry resources;
    (v) Priority invitation to supply chain tours;
    (vi) Priority invitation to Livestock Leaders workshops;
    (vii) Logo acknowledgement on The Livestock Collective website &
    public engagements; and
    (viii) Networking & event opportunities.

Supply Chain Subscriber Terms and Conditions
These Supply Chain Subscriber Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription to
The Livestock Collective as a “Supply Chain Subscriber”.

  1. Definitions
    “We,” “Us,” and “Our” refers to The Livestock Collective.
    “You” and “Your” refers to any individual, business, organization, or entity that
    applies for, accepts, or holds a subscription with The Livestock Collective
    under any of the subscription categories offered, including Business
    Subscriber, Supply Chain Participant Subscriber, and Student Subscriber.
  2. Eligibility
    (a) Supply Chain subscriptions are available for:
    i. individuals and organisations currently providing services to the
    livestock industry in Australia; and
    ii. general supporters of the livestock industry in Australia.
    (b) We may ask for proof of your eligibility for this during the subscription
    application process.
    (c) We reserve the right to refuse a subscription application at our
    discretion.
  3. Subscription Fee
    (a) The subscription fee for Supply Chain Subscribers is $350 + GST per
    year.
    (b) This fee grants your organisation access to all subscription benefits as
    follows:
    (i) Large merchandise pack upon subscription, renewed annually;
    (ii) Biannual edition of ‘Behind the Collective’ with opportunities to
    be featured;
    (iii) Access to industry resources;
    (iv) Priority invitation to supply chain tours;
    (v) Priority invitation to Livestock Leaders workshops; and
    (vi) Networking & event opportunities.

    (a) Your subscription as a Supply Chain Subscriber is automatically
    renewed each year.

    refund of subscription fees for the unexpired term.
